Pros

Good work-life balance in terms of work hours.

Get chances to change your career track.

Cons
  1. Salary hikes are usually 20-30% less than the industry standard for employees who stay with Accenture for a longer duration.

  2. They don't mind retaining experienced senior folks but can remove them from a project anytime to replace with juniors so that project managers can show profit and earn a share out of it.

  3. Work is usually done by 10% of the team, with the rest being entry-level people just to bill the client.

Advice to Management

Accenture was once known for its talented pool of engineers and decent pay for all of them, but now it's all about money. This has led to less talented folks and the lowest salaries compared to the market.

Please try to retain experienced, deserving employees, or else the company is about to lose all the pride it has on Wall Street.
