Just okay, too much of a hierarchy. Future career development depends on your manager completely

Hierarchy can be seen very evidently. Lick your boss's shoes and say yes to everything your manager says, then you will get your hikes and bonuses. Otherwise, your life will be screwed.
High CTC and a big bonus are shown in the offer, but be sure not to expect much.
Be sure to be in a project, or else be ready for transfer to any location. Even if they promise a specific location, it is to make you join.
All the employees work hard. Please don't just take feedback from the managers only. Do a 360° feedback. It will help genuine employees more than boot lickers.
