There will be onsite opportunities if we work and show our talent to the manager.
Work-life balance will depend on the project.
Sometimes we need to stretch for the day and work longer.
We have to attend calls after the regular working hours with the Onshore team.
Sometimes work-life balance will be affected if you do not plan well.
Politics is there in every company, and we should not be diverting to it.
Provide a good salary to the employees as per the market.
Create an environment to work only stipulated working hours (say 9 to 6).
Provide benefits to the employees to motivate them to work better.
