'Be positive' and 'be helpful' mentality. A great place to start your career.
Somewhat politically bureaucratic. You can prosper if you network (with the right people).
This means that if you work good and hard but do not have good contacts in the right places, you go nowhere.
Not very family-friendly and rarely has any family meets or events.
Seems to be a first company for the young ones.
Open and be less bureaucratic. Please appreciate those who work sincerely and work well. Compensation is very poor and needs to be market rates. Please have a more family-friendly environment. I almost feel there is no family involvement, while there is good support for LGBT and other such concepts.
