- Work-life balance is really an issue if you are working in a delivery center.
- You cannot really choose what project you are to roll into unless you are well known to be a top-notch performer or you have a lot of connections from top management.
- Too many industry groups, processes, and whatnots.
- Client-centric, which makes it toxic sometimes for the employees.
- Politics is starting to creep in.
Do something on the work-life balance issue of employees. If you can address this, Accenture will really be the best place to be.
