Excellent work environment
Accenture has a work culture when compared to other companies. The people are helpful and very approachable.
The annual performance feedback process is a tedious one. Though the evaluation happens annually, the process of self-input has to be done every six months.
I have observed that though the current employee safety programs are good, they are not the best. More employee safety programs can be introduced by the management.
