Good working environment. Lots of training. Lots of good projects and technology. Work has flexibility. Life is good. Yearly hike is good. If you are top-rated, then your salary will always be good. Onsite opportunities depend on the project. Good processes and portals. Shuttle and cab are free. Cafeteria is good.
Politics
Sometimes someone has to sacrifice for a below-average rating (which can lead to being thrown out of the company). The rating process is not good (non-working individuals also receive promotions with good ratings). Variable pay and payout are not good.
Keep focus on good resources. Help them to complete their dreams. They will deliver high performance.
