Money saving mindset of senior executives. Money first, employee last. Running the company as a private business, not aligned with company values. Very little accommodation; all that matters is money. Always talk about savings made, never talk about employees retained or employee welfare. Even the initiatives projected as employee benefit initiatives are only possible if, in some way, they generate extra revenue for the project.
Talk about quality of projects. Talk about employees. Talk about industry.
Don't get involved in low talks about money savings; think out of the box. There are many ways to earn money, and employees are the ones earning you all of it. Do good for them; start thinking of them as one big family, not just coin-minting machines for you.
