The recruitment process involved an online test, a one-to-one interview, and an HR discussion. The online test questions were mostly on Java, Spring, and Hibernate code. The one-to-one interview focused mostly on core Java.

There are three rounds in an interview at Accenture. These include an online assessment, technical interview, and HR interview round. The first round tests the candidate based on logical reasoning, verbal ability, and quantitative aptitude.

Very easy interview on campus process. Aptitude was the only hard part. If you clear your interview, the job is almost secure, but the offer letter gets very late and the package is low compared to other competitors.
