After the introductory interview with HR, there was a technical interview with a manager. He asked me basic questions about Java and how to handle situations with generics.

Polite and friendly, I was asked classic questions like "tell me about yourself?", "what do you know about our group?". I was generally introduced to the group, its internal divisions, and its various positions.

First call with recruiter and then interview with manager for the actual interview. Questions in Italian and English, relaxed environment, not at all stressful.
