Good infrastructure. Clean maintenance. Good and low-cost food vendors. Free pick-up and drop-off facility.
Less salary with more hours of work. No work-life balance. Completely lost family commitments. No WFH option, no parental insurance. People without maturity were given promotions where they become Associate Managers and treat you as slaves. No week offs, no comp offs, all hours, all days work. If you take the above issues to your people advisor (HR), they will simply say it's a business need and even they'll ask you to sacrifice life or family. DU Managers & leads, and Senior Managers are money-business motivated, and they never worried about their subordinates. 10 people's jobs will be done by only 3 people without adding resources and making them get frustrated. Bootlickers get more and more, and hard workers get lesser and less.
Find out the best talents before promoting. Treat employees as humans and ask your HR and managers to treat their subordinates in the same way. Never underestimate experienced professionals, and please don't waste their careers.

OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
