Amazing Diversity, Culture, and Morale!
Accenture Management was extremely welcoming to me. I was a new mom when I worked for them, and they were accommodating to all of my needs. When they hired me, they gave me a long-overdue raise and title change. They are so accepting of all different types of diversity. I will always think of them fondly and would work for them again.
Unfortunately, they did not have a lot of local clients besides the one I was working at.
Please keep up everything you do to provide your employees a great work-life balance and all of the special events and activities to keep morale high.
