Pros
  • Opportunity for learning and for doing different activities all the time.
  • Annual bonuses are interesting.
  • The mandatory technology knowledge refresh courses (TQ - Technology Quotient) are very interesting, they really help to benchmark the average knowledge of the analysts.
Cons
  • Lack of standard in the work method: You might work on a wonderful project and then a terrible one; you'll never know for sure because there's no standard for project implementation. Everyone does it their own way and lets God take care of the rest.

  • Departments don't communicate with each other: I joined as part of the acquisition of a smaller consultancy. I was a QA within the data area. I spent 1.5 years being tossed around without anyone understanding my role because they thought I was a Data Engineer. I tried in every way to talk to other departments, but they couldn't make the necessary adjustments to leverage my skills due to internal communication and bureaucracy problems. A terrible experience I intend to forget.

  • The vast majority of managers have a serious problem with organization and egocentrism: They love monologues where only they speak, only they are right, and they love spending all day on calls without doing the work that needs to be done. They overvalue themselves, but in the end, they are terrible professionals.

Trouxemos indicadores positivos de atuações com mais de 20% de ganho de qualidade e produtividade e, ainda assim, por politicagem e má gestão, a área simplesmente foi morrendo aos poucos.

A empresa tem várias áreas de atuação e especialidade, mas elas não acionam umas as outras, o que faz com que muito esforço e recurso humano seja mal aproveitado.
