It's a great company, so you're going to learn a lot. The progress in the company is possible, so you could begin as a Junior and end up in 4 or 5 years leading a team.
A lot of micromanagement. Not a creative role at all; everything is really bureaucratic, and the changes take a lot of time to impact. Also, some technologies are super old.
If you keep not taking critics into account, you'll end up being just another big company that became a disaster.
