As a first work experience, it's very useful.
You learn a ton. It has very good learning platforms and constant salary increases.
Very low salary. No matter how much they increase the salary constantly, it remains low. It's very discouraging to work with the client and see your colleagues earning double what you do when you are doing exactly the same thing as them.
Si quieren mantener a los empleados, paguen un poquito mejor. Muy bonito todos los beneficios, pero al final, el sueldo es importante.
