Nothing much now. They used to have good parties, but that too stopped with lower client budgets.
Pay is low. HRs are arrogant. They train you in your least favorite and preferred skill and say it is random. CS people will get testing. Aerospace, biotech will get SAP, Oracle, and core Java.
Please don't play with employees' careers. HRs, don't be arrogant when employees come to you for help.
