Pros

Accenture offers a flexible work setup—you can work from anywhere and adjust your hours as needed. The company provides annual salary increases and performance-based bonuses. Their stock purchase plan is also a great benefit, especially if you’re planning to stay long-term.

Cons

Project assignment can be a matter of luck—some projects may have challenging management or a high-pressure environment.

If you get rolled off, you'll be assigned to the bench, which currently requires reporting to the office four times a week.

Promotion processes can sometimes feel biased, with office politics occasionally playing a role.
