They pay punctually on the 24th of the month.
In the Netherlands and some other countries, you can work in English without knowing the local language.
They don't control you as long as the client doesn't complain.
Bad projects. Bad clients. Bad office tools (Microsoft, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc.). They don't put any effort or take any care in doing a good job. The only concern is that the client doesn't complain too much. They only care about appearances, not about the job done. They don't care enough about the employees. Low salaries. They try to compensate the bad daily job with occasional merchandising (mugs, water bottles, bags, chocolates, etc.).
Please take care of the people working in the company, and try to make a minimum effort to do a good job.
1. Assignment 2. Technical interview 3. HR interview 4. Final interview with the team All stages were pretty straightforward and well within the skill limits of the job description.
I talked with the technology manager and the cloud manager. First, they gave some brief about their roles and teams, and then explained to me which tools they used for their departments.
3 rounds of individual interviews. After the 3 interviews, an offer which I did not accept because the atmosphere within the company did not appeal to me and the workload seemed very high.
