Pros

Hence, I am sitting at the client's location from day one, not having much knowledge about the Accenture office. Still, I will tell you some points to give you a picture of how it is good.

  • The hike is good (as compared to other service provider companies) for freshers or 2-3 year experienced persons.
  • As it is a reputed company, they will not fire you unless you give them a strong reason to do so.
  • In some projects (meaning only in small projects with less than 50 employees), you get many benefits for your career.
  • Accenture spends billions of dollars to upgrade employee skills. If you are interested, you can take advantage of these through the learning portal without paying a single rupee.
Cons
  1. You will not get the chance to work from home.
  2. So much of politics is going to grab the position.
  3. If you are good with your manager and if you are a bootlicker, then don't worry, you will go up.
  4. Managers are taking advantage of the girls because they have the power.
  5. Your hike, promotion, and variable pay are all dependent on your relationship with your manager.
  6. Managers are not going to listen to your problems. You have to obey what they want to do, and don't worry, they will make you do that.
  7. Unless you are committing a serious crime (like rape, threat, or sexual harassment), no one can terminate you. But still, the managers will tell you that they have the power to do anything.
