A good place to work for experienced individuals
You will not be packed always in work. The work culture and leave policy are good. There are many activities planned, sessions, and CSR initiatives.
Less training for freshers. Freshers have to learn by themselves on projects. The rating policy has changed now. I hope to see a better plan in the future.
