Stupid leads! They think they are owning the company, and we are slaves to them. Managers should pay attention to such worst-attitude leads.
Management should introduce a system for team resources to give feedback for their leads, and that should be considered at least to some extent for leads' moderation. Only then will leads give valuable and genuine feedback to resources; otherwise, our one-year effort will go meaningless.
