It has a good environment, so much to explore, but very few opportunities we get.
BSc graduates don't get opportunities, and there is so much partiality between them.
Please look into BSCS, as well, and try to give them opportunities. It's just because they studied one year less compared to BE doesn't mean they have to go through so much. And you make them feel that they shouldn't have been BSCS graduates. And if you really want to make them feel so, then why do you hire them? Please stop hiring BSCS in that case.
To be frank, the overall experience is too good, and I love to be a part of Accenture. Then it is followed by a second round, then the final HR process, and finally, I am in. Now I am able to choose my work location as well.
Asked about project and basic coding questions from arrays and strings. Then they asked some software testing tools. At last, they asked some questions related to OOPS and their fundamentals.
It was kind of easy to crack. The interviewer was quite friendly and understanding. The questions were simple and easy to answer, and they related to whatever work you have done in the past and the projects.
