They have a good project management process.
Employees can get certifications for free.
Not really strict with time in and time out, as long as the employee is available during the core work hours. Managers and leads do not micromanage the team, as long as the tasks are done. This could depend on the project as well, but so far, this is the case for all the projects I've been in.
Total of 10 hours of work time, including lunch break, and sometimes overtime depending on the project. It's not forced and is at the employee's discretion on our project. Promotion is slow, but it also depends on the project.
Asked about project and basic coding questions from arrays and strings. Then they asked some software testing tools. At last, they asked some questions related to OOPS and their fundamentals.
It was kind of easy to crack. The interviewer was quite friendly and understanding. The questions were simple and easy to answer, and they related to whatever work you have done in the past and the projects.
Good process. The interviewer is approachable and asks valid questions. I answered them easily and was able to get the offer. However, I did not ask for a good amount of salary, so I declined the offer. Overall, it was good.
