Management fails to consider the status of their subordinates. Sometimes they don't mind if a resource is no longer happy with the job. They are kind of close-minded. Since they don't listen to any suggestion that might help or improve the team if it came from their subordinates.
They should try to listen to and consider their resources' well-being, since they have first-hand experience on the project itself.
