- Good ethics and compliance.
- Ample amount of training and learning.
- Nice environment with good people.
- Brand value.
- Nice infrastructure.
- They change few policies which are not good for Associates and lower-level employees.
- New, more rigid, and even policies for graduates too, as compared to other levels.
ASEs are more towards just work, work, work and have fewer sources of motivation and perks, so it would be good to have more vision towards graduates too.
