It was okay. I was not prepared well, quite nervous. I think we should prepare well and give the interview. I was really nervous, yet it was the first time after 5 years. But I cleared my next interview.

3 rounds of interviews, with the last one being a culture fit. Interviewers are really calm, and their primary concern is to help you reach a solution rather than belittle you for not reaching a solution alone.

We participate in an academy that consists of one month of training, after which they would see if you were selected to be part of Accenture. This month is unpaid and full-time, just like the job.
