We have flexible working hours.
No bonus at the end of the year.
It's not very difficult. Basics about projects and some Oops concepts, and relocation and shifts details. The interview literally was about 30 minutes, going through all basic concepts. It is good to prepare from basics; most of the questions were as
Call with HR -> Hiring Manager -> Technical Interview -> Proposal. Screening with the HR, talking with the hiring manager, technical interview, and finally, but not least, talk with the hiring manager about the proposal.
Easy, the HR interviewer was very friendly, and then the manager was also very humble. I must say that the process was very fluid and straightforward. I waited around 2 weeks for the email answer.
