Nothing, everything has been problems from the start.
It's all disadvantages, there are no advantages in this company. All the colleagues seem like hyenas waiting for you to make a mistake so they can cut your throat and throw you to the wolves, who are the project managers. These managers are just more people who neither look out for you nor for anything. But of course, when they are looking for staff, it's all love and they paint a pretty picture for you.
