Estimula muito a capacitação contínua e tem toda uma infraestrutura imensa para que seus colaboradores possam usufruir. Usa-se bastante o inglês.
Tem suporte para tudo. Há uma organização grande por meio de sistemas.
O clima é agradável, mas tem cobrança.
Como toda empresa grande, tem processos engessados. Achei muito fraco o suporte que o RH dá aos colaboradores. Há uma responsabilidade muito grande e muitas vezes injusta em cima dos SA, falhas de comunicação constante e sistemática nessa área. Salário mediano para a responsabilidade que se tem.
