Specialize in one area and know it well
I noticed gaining specialized knowledge in one key area (e.g., AI, Data, Automation, IAC) was the key to success and always being staffed.
Granted, you still need working knowledge of other technologies and software.
Not much in cons. People were very helpful, and the company is good to you if you stay staffed and do a good job.
