Appraisal process: there are budgets at each level, and even if you are performing well, the team doesn't have full control to get you promoted to the next level.

Solutions Architect
They were confused between actual cloud (private on how switches and all are to be understood) vs what a CSP is (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.). Overall it was nice, but they were confused.

Good interview process. I had 3 stages. 1. First one was with the recruiter. 2. Second one was with a technical team. This one was the hardest of all of them as it was technical, so make sure you know your stuff before heading into the interview.
