The Pros und Cos of working at Accenture
Excellent work flexibility, including a welcoming approach to remote work (home office encouraged).
The office facilities are well-designed and comfortable, creating a productive environment.
Leadership is exceptional—supportive, approachable, and highly effective (at least in my experience).
Although the company appears to offer plenty of opportunities, I have personally faced challenges in being assigned to a project.
I've spent a significant amount of time on the bench, despite proactively reaching out and consistently asking for tasks or projects to contribute to.
