Good Projects, Nepotism Reigns
A good and global company.
The office is really good, with facilities.
They have a good client base and some nice projects to work on.
Good work doesn't matter unless you know someone at the top. Lots of nepotism.
Only a few leaders are very good, but they don't have visibility and are blinded by middle management, which manipulates everything.
Middle/Senior Management should understand that those who are working hard for the Accenture brand at clients should be appreciated, instead of favouring sycophants.
