Very poor culture, dominated by a "certain" nationality. You feel you are not in Canada, but in that same "certain" country instead.
Extremely unorganized management and culture in general.
People set the meetings and don't attend themselves.
They started to lay off their resources very recently, purely based on their utilization and not their performance or skillsets.
In a soft economy, they increased the utilization target by around 10% to use it as an excuse to lay off their resources if they cannot meet them.
Don't waste your time in this company. Work as an independent contractor instead and make double the money. You don't get any job safety from working for them.
