Pros

The Training and Certification program is awesome.

Cons

PH Managers are so old school. They are not open to flexible working arrangements at all. Remote working is discouraged, and they are already transitioning to frequent return-to-office policies again. They were able to source more talent because resources living in rural areas were given an opportunity to work from home, even though the pay is small compared to other leading IT companies' offers.

Advice to Management

Once a month RTO is totally understandable and has been really effective. Why do you need to ask to do it more frequently? You’ve been losing resources due to low salary and will even lose more because of this decision. I hope you also considered this, unless you were aiming to really cut down on expenses.
