Basic logic test (I think I actually failed this one but still got in). English test. Make sure your earphones or headset are fully functional. I've heard people failing from this one due to a bad microphone. Very straightforward.

It was your standard BPO interview, and quite nerve-wracking, to say the least. I sorted myself out, put on my best smile, and got my brains in line. Their technical interviews were amiable to me.

Initial interview where general questions are asked. If passed, you will proceed to a technical interview wherein technical skills are evaluated. If passed again, you will proceed to a job offer.
