The interview process was fast and clear. It must be in straight English. They will ask you about your capabilities, willingness, and communication skills. They will ask different questions about programming languages where you can answer honestly.

The initial interview is easy, as it asks about yourself. The technical interview is all about your work experiences and methodologies, and the final interview question is more on situational questions.

It's good, and the instructions are detailed. The only downside is the update process, since it always took so long based on my experience. But I think overall they did a good output.
