Really a great place. Structured approaches and learning from failures is what I can see and learned from there.
Fully automated systems, and no interaction with outside departments needed.
It was a simple process. I had a technical and HR interview. The technical interview had basic Java questions. They were easy to crack if you have a strong base. Mostly theoretical regarding OOPs concepts and Java 8.
The interview process was very smooth and good. It will take a maximum of one month from the screening call to the offer rollout. 1. Screening 2. L1 Technical 3. Techno-managerial 4. HR
There was a technical interview, followed by an HR interview, and the offer was released in a week's time. Though the offer was good, there is a huge variable component. 27% variable is huge, in my opinion.
