Sr. Software Engineer
It was a simple process. I had a technical and HR interview. The technical interview had basic Java questions. They were easy to crack if you have a strong base. Mostly theoretical regarding OOPs concepts and Java 8.

There was a technical interview, followed by an HR interview, and the offer was released in a week's time. Though the offer was good, there is a huge variable component. 27% variable is huge, in my opinion.
