Hands-on with newer technology. Easy to change the domain. Variety of access to learning platforms. The internal learning platform is great. Work-life balance is good. Salary structure is good and customizable.
The performance measurement and appraisal system is the worst in the industry.
People are biased in the appraisal system. Work is not appreciated in monetary terms.
Change the performance measurement system. Listen to the concerns of human resources. Act on them. Only conducting mental awareness sessions does not help employees.

There was a technical interview, followed by an HR interview, and the offer was released in a week's time. Though the offer was good, there is a huge variable component. 27% variable is huge, in my opinion.
