SSE- Development
It is a very slow process. The schedule keeps changing every time due to panel unavailability, and you are not even informed in advance. Many times, interviews are cancelled too. Even if they call you to the office, it is telephonic, not face-to-face

The interview length is too long for me. It takes 7 months to complete the interview. Every month, they call to ask for the next round of interviews. They will not respond to any queries.

2 technical rounds and one managerial round, followed by an HR round. The technical round will have an in-depth discussion about your skills and experience. Overall, it was a good experience.
