I hate that you are just a number. Everything ends up being a request that someone from India responds to.
Those people have zero idea on how things work in the US, and they just follow policy that has nothing to do with real life.
Also, the salary review process is nonexistent. I moved across the country to an area that has a significantly higher cost of living, and where Accenture praises itself for market rate, there was no adjustment whatsoever to my salary.
