Good company with stupid management
Pay at per market standards.
Good policies.
Worst management in India. Not even the least concern about employee growth. They follow onshore blindly with no decision-making capability. Only managers' favorites get opportunities. Very bad office politics. Not a place for real talent.
Stop favouritism and try to appreciate the employee who really deserves it.
