Not even think of any pros.
They give wrong information to candidates so that they can join, and then they play games. It is the worst for me. They hired me for Java backend development but are asking me to work on front end, that too for a 10-year experienced person. During the entire interview process, not even a single question was asked about front end, and now they are forcing me to work on it. From day one, I started asking for a team change, but they played a nice game with me.
Stop giving wrong information to new joiners. Give proper details so that candidates can make their decision to join or not.

The screen your resume and call you for an interview. Check if the job description suits your experience; otherwise, it won't succeed. For an online interview, you should have a laptop to have an interview on Teams or Skype. Answer confidently.
The difficulty was moderate, and the interview was telephonic. It was a one-to-one interview, and the interviewer was very nice. They asked for two photo identification cards to be shown during the interview.
