Not even think of any pros.
They give wrong information to candidates so that they can join, and then they play games. It is the worst for me. They hired me for Java backend development but are asking me to work on front end, that too for a 10-year experienced person. During the entire interview process, not even a single question was asked about front end, and now they are forcing me to work on it. From day one, I started asking for a team change, but they played a nice game with me.
Stop giving wrong information to new joiners. Give proper details so that candidates can make their decision to join or not.
