Work-life balance, shift adjustment, process changes if not happy with the current project, supportive team members, extra sessions, and training to skill you for the next level. However, a few managers won't allow you to grow, and management will also ignore these concerns.
Some toxic managers, favouritism, politics. If you don't agree with the toxic manager, they will spoil your promotion, hike, and bonus, and also spoil your name.
Apart from training new skills, you also need to check how few toxic managers, for their benefit, spoil and exploit good, skilled people, making them demotivated all the time with their harsh words. It's better you move those kinds of managers instead of you guys promoting them without checking how they've created a toxic environment. You are going with that 5 nodding heads only.
Quiet, simple, and easy. The interviewer checked the knowledge and coding skills. A good and interesting interview. Completed in 1 hour and 10 minutes. The HR round was also simple. Overall, a good and nice experience.
It was okay, but it got disconnected. You were not able to get back to them even after so many emails. You were clueless, but my interview went very well.
My Accenture interview went well. The first round was a skill interview. The second round was a manager round, and the last round was an HR round. They will ask you questions about your work and what's mentioned on your resume.
