Good CTC in figures. Lots of parties. Lot of opportunities in terms of project availability.
PIP, i.e., at any time, the manager can kick you out, no matter how good you are, as you are not in the manager's good book.
There is a variable component in CTC, which you will be surprised to see when you get that amount.
There is no work-life balance at all.
