Huge Company means lots of possibilities
Lots of pros for "Young Pros" starting out. Many possibilities for different types of projects and work. Opportunities for training if you take advantage of it and have good managers. Most paid time off of any employer I've been with. Most projects are flexible with schedules and some allow for work from home.
The company is focused more on making a profit than on making the best product or providing the best service (in my opinion). It can feel like you are just "another number." Yearly raises are a little light.
