Attractive salary Variable pay range from 0 to 18.65% Annual pay twice in a year, in June and December.
Six-month variable pay will be paid out after a holding period of the next three months, meaning a six-monthly variable payout will occur in the ninth month.
The variable is totally based on DU lead. It may vary from 0 to 18.65%. We will not get 100%. Sometimes it comes around 8%.
