Great people, great place to work, slow progression and poor salary
Lots of company perks, lots of great experienced people. It's a great place to start a career. Accenture is a place to essentially get your 'Masters'.
Little to no career progression or promotions. Low salary for skill set. Not somewhere you would stay for a long time.
Recognize performance and skill sets and promote people as and when needed. Twice-yearly annual reviews do not work, especially when laddering.
It's an IT professionals' market at the moment. You need to do more to retain your staff.
