Pros

Great work culture. Great exposure to different types of work and clients. Excellent benefits such as:

  • 18 weeks paternity leave
  • 4 weeks summer leave
  • Workplace initiatives, etc.
Cons

Expectations can sometimes be unrealistic.

Performance management processes are highly inconsistent between organization groups.

Put in roles that are above your level, but don't get fair treatment at performance review time.

Advice to Management

Make performance management a little more quantitative; it's currently far too subjective.
